These services aim to:

• Support participation in programmes like
  Comprehensive Agricultural Support Programme and
  Ilima/Letsema Programme 

 No formal application is required for these services.

• All farmers (emerging and commercial)
• Rural households
• Agricultural cooperatives

Types of services

Extension and Advisory Services

• Farm visits and technical advice
• Crop and livestock management guidance
• Pest and disease control 

Training and Capacity Building

• Workshops on farming techniques
• Business and farm management training
• Skills to qualify for programmes like CASP and Ilima 

Programme Support Services

• Assistance with:
  • Preparing applications for CASP
  • Understanding Ilima/Letsema requirements
• Guidance from extension officers 

How to access

1. Visit a Thusong Centre or district agriculture office
2. Attend training sessions

• Needs assessment by extension officer
• Advisory support provided
• Ongoing follow-up and mentorship 

Ongoing support

• Continuous technical guidance
• Monitoring of farming activities
• Support in accessing future programmes

• Basic registration may be needed for training
