Business Registration & Compliance
One-stop assistance at Loeriesfontein Thusong Centre to help SMMEs register, update and stay compliant on key government platforms (CIPC, SARS, CIDB, COIDA/Compensation Fund, UIF, CSD).
What we do
JLK Business Consulting provides hands-on support to community members and SMMEs to access and complete key government registrations, updates and compliance tasks online. We work from the Loeriesfontein Thusong Centre under contract to Infinity Power, with a primary focus on SMME Enterprise Development.
Key government platforms supported (examples):
- CIPC (BizPortal): company registrations, director/annual return support, name reservations, basic amendments and downloads of standard documents.
- SARS eFiling: tax registration guidance, eFiling profile setup, compliance status (Tax Compliance Status / pin), VAT/PAYE registration support where applicable (client to finalise with SARS), and general eFiling navigation.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD): supplier registration/update, banking details update guidance, compliance document uploads, and CSD report downloads.
- CIDB: contractor registration guidance and update support (where relevant to SMMEs in construction).
- COIDA / Compensation Fund: registration guidance, return of earnings (ROE) preparation support, and compliance navigation (subject to Compensation Fund processes).
- UIF uFiling: employer registration guidance and monthly/periodic UIF submissions navigation (subject to Department processes).
Note: We facilitate and guide. Final approvals and system decisions remain with the relevant government departments.
